We are currently seeking an outstanding Store Manager to join our team in Forte Dei Marmi - Fixed term contract (Season 2026, starting around late March).
ZIMMERMANN is one of Australia's leading and most respected fashion designer brands. Zimmermann's ready‑to‑wear and swim and resort collections are sold through Zimmermann boutiques and high‑end retailers both in Australia and internationally. ZIMMERMANN also upholds a well‑established wholesale business internationally with an enviable list of major stockists including Net‑a‑Porter and Saks Fifth Avenue.
The Store Manager will support in leading the ZIMMERMANN teams to success. Whilst embodying the ZIMMERMANN brand: bringing optimism, creativity and sophistication in everything they do. Overall, we look for a role model for the team members, consistently providing leadership and setting a standard. Team members feel inspired to come to work.
Key Responsibilities
To ensure client satisfaction is achieved by every team member
To ensure that all team members achieve a superior standard of excellence in client service, brand knowledge and product knowledge
Be focused on excellent performances and results, based on clear KPIs
Promote an enjoyable working environment that promotes passion, focus and discipline
Follow the recruitment process to be effectively managed in store
Oversee the stocktake and make sure the stock coordinators are organised, prepared and conducted in accordance with our P&P;
Check timesheets are completed
Ensure the merchandising, window display and the team’s presentation and wardrobe are done in accordance with our P&P;
Skills, Experience and Knowledge
Profound experience in a similar leadership role (knowledge of customers habits, area ...)
Excellent organisation skills and high attention to detail
Passion for the brand and fashion luxury retail industry
Strong communication skills – the ability to interact positively with the team and clients in store
Fluent Italian and English
