Most interactions happen via phone or Zoom, with the flexibility to meet in person when it adds value. /ppWorking within a social-selling model, you will: /pulliStrengthen product and business know-how so partners can bconfidently close sales /b /liliTrain and coach on bsales techniques, upselling, and customer retention /b /liliGuide partners in bteam building and recruitment /b to grow their sales networks /li /ulpYou’ll work with personal dashboards and market data to: /pulliSet bclear, ambitious sales targets /b /liliMonitor performance and pipeline /liliIntervene quickly when numbers drop, and bdouble down on what works /b /li /ulpbr/ppYour empathy, creativity, humor, and persuasive energy will help partners bincrease their turnover, expand their customer base, and step up as leaders. /b /ppYou’ll collaborate closely with bSales and Marketing /b to plan and host engaging, sales-generating events in Italy—live shows, conferences, product launches, campaigns, and incentive trips. Being on stage or in front of a camera bmotivates you, not scares you. /b /ppAs the brand invests in a younger audience, you will bchallenge and guide partners /b to use social platforms more strategically—turning content into bvisibility, leads, and conversions. /b /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pullibCoach and develop brand partners /b to grow their sales, their teams, and their income /lilibAnalyze sales performance /b (KPIs, trends, activity) and run goal-setting, follow-up, and evaluation sessions /lilibReport results and insights /b regularly, highlighting risks and opportunities for growth /lilibPlan, organize, and present at events /b (on stage, not just in the audience) with a focus on boosting sales and engagement /lilibDeliver trainings /b on: /liliSocial media for blead generation and conversion /b /liliSales techniques, closing, upselling, and customer care /liliTeam leadership and recruitment /lilibCoordinate campaigns and communication /b with Sales Marketing to support launches, promotions, and incentives /lilibShare and promote success stories /b across markets to inspire replication and scale best practices /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /pulli1+ year of relevant experience in bfield sales, community management, social selling, or similar commercial roles /b /liliStrong grasp of social media; ideally active on TikTok/Instagram with ~1,000+ followers (your bpersonal brand and style /b are visible on your channel) /liliBachelor-level thinking and working ability /liliThrives in a btarget-driven, fast-moving environment /b where no two days are the same /liliFull-time availability (40 hours), with some schedule flexibility to match partner activity and events /liliFluent Italian and English (spoken and written) /liliExcellent written and verbal communication; able to bmotivate, convince, and influence /b /liliHigh adaptability to different personalities and situations /liliComfortable working both independently and collaboratively with Sales Marketing /lilibAnalytical and commercial mindset /b: you read numbers, understand what they mean, and translate them into concrete sales actions /li /ulpbr/ppbAbout the Company (Confidential) /b /ppA leading, community-driven beauty wellness player operating via social selling, with a broad portfolio of high-quality products used by millions worldwide.
