Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent w/ Relocation Bonus
The role involves providing technical support and assistance to social media advertisers, particularly small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). The support is delivered through multiple channels including chat, email, and outbound phone calls, in both Italian and English.
You will be responsible for helping advertisers with post-sales assistance, troubleshooting, and improving their experience on the platforms. Additionally, you will guide them in using platform tools and features and resolve technical issues. The job also requires multitasking and using several tools simultaneously.
What we offer and training
This position offers comprehensive training for new employees, covering technical skills, customer management, and product knowledge. After successfully completing the training, employees are integrated into the Teleperformance team and offered a contract.
The workplace is based in Lisbon, with rotating shifts, and follows Portuguese public holidays. Employees are entitled to 22 days of holiday annually, and there are opportunities for contract renewal and a potential permanent contract after two years.
