Thanks to the growth that the company has had in recent years, it became the No.1 brand of pet food in Japan and is also expanding internationally to make pets and their owners around the world happy. /p h3Objective / Purpose /h3 p• The main objective of this position is to maintain and build long-term relationships with stores in the region and ensure quality consistency across each individual location. /p ul liCoordinate marketing activities, marketing research, and brand and intellectual property management. /li liPlanning and implementing brand and communication strategies. /li liOverseeing the implementation of all communication and brand materials. /li liSupervising the team and evaluating performance. /li liDelivering hands on in the area of brand and communication as needed. /li /ul h3Principal Roles and Responsibilities /h3 ul liRetail sales reporting and analysis. /li liConsumer and market research project execution and analysis. /li liReview sales forecasts. /li liCoordinate meetings and arrange samples. /li liParticipate in expositions related to the pet food industry. /li liPreparation of long‑term brand plans and marketing presentations. /li liDevelopment and execution of marketing plans with the Headquarters. /li liKeep full and proper books of account and records, submit sales reports regularly according to the timelines of the Headquarters. /li liRegular evaluation of market and consumer trends. /li liIncrease standards of customer service. /li liProvide training and development for staff. /li liCommunicate with clients on a regular basis. /li liEnsure quality consistency across the region. /li liMaximize sales and profitability in the region. /li liSet and meet sales targets for individual locations. /li /ul h3Skills Required /h3 ul liStrong work ethic, high energy level, interpersonal skills, motivation and enthusiasm. /li liExcellent communication skills and strong commitment. /li liExperience on the pet food industry of at least 3+ years is a must. /li liExperience in fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG). /li liWilling to travel up to 75 percent of the time. /li liExperience in dealing with distributors. /li liThe ability to work independently is essential. /li liBachelor’s degree is required.
