Our client is a FinTech company offering a digital platform that simplifies and demystifies investing in income-producing real estate across Europe. Their mission is to make real estate ownership inclusive and accessible. They cater to young Europeans interested in small-scale investment opportunities, as well as international investors seeking exposure to European markets.
On their behalf, we are currently looking for a Product Manager.
About the role:
Having successfully attracted customers from around 30 countries, the company is entering its next phase of growth. We, on their behalf, are seeking a Product Manager who can lead the entire product development process—identifying user challenges, defining key elements to drive user growth and customer experience improvements, understanding legal constraints, and deciding when, why, and what to build.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to bring the product vision to life and drive the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
● Data-Driven Decision Making: Set and achieve KPIs and SLOs by reverse-engineering from the business plan to maximize service profitability.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design, development, and marketing teams to craft product solutions that resonate with customers.
● Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with the CEO to ensure transparency into product delivery by sharing plans, sprint demos, and release notes.
● Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and incorporate market insights into product improvements and strategy adjustments.
● Cultural & Strategic Leadership: Build a product culture focused on solving user problems, develop initial product marketing strategies, and engage users to continuously refine the product vision.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
● Strong commitment to a startup environment and excellent teamwork skills
● Proven experience in developing customer-centric products, with a clear understanding of the “why” behind each feature
● 3–5 years of experience in a Product Manager or similar role, ideally within startups or fast-paced environments
● Excellent communication and coordination skills to drive cross-departmental projects
● Skilled in using both quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions
● Basic understanding of software development and market trends to collaborate effectively with tech teams
● Ability to work with an international team and customer base; fluency in English (business level)
● Foundational knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects in the fintech industry
● Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
● A “builder’s” mindset, team spirit, maturity, and dedication to ongoing self-improvement
● Familiarity with Agile methodologies or Lean Startup principles
Nice to Have:
○ Experience as a Product Manager in an early-stage startup (fewer than 10 employees), managing MVP development and early product-market fit
○ Background in FinTech product development
○ Engineering experience or software development skills
○ Knowledge of UX/UI design for digital products
○ Interest or experience in smart contracts and blockchain technologies
