To fulfil our social responsibilities, we will continue to do what we have done for over 100 years - to enrich people’s lives at home and at work, and move society forward. /p h3WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING /h3 ul liDrive business development in Italy: identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities and new markets /li liAct as product expert for passive components /li liEnable and support distributor FAEs and sales teams through joint visits, technical consulting, and local commercial support /li liDeliver technical product trainings to distributors and FAE community, highlighting technological trends and USPs of push products /li liCoordinate and manage design-in activities at end customers in partnership with distributors, ensure project follow-up and conversion /li liUnderstand customer requirements (commercial and technical), nurture relationships, and provide solution-oriented advice /li liMaintain and establish long‑term relationships with distributors and end customers while ensuring open communication with internal stakeholders /li liMonitor competitors and perform market analysis to identify trends and opportunities /li liSuccess is measured by demand creation, project generation, and POS growth in the region /li /ul h3WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR /h3 ul liAcademic degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable qualification /li liMinimum 2 years of experience in a sales‑driven role or engineering position with customer interaction /li liStrong technical knowledge (ideally for passive components) and enthusiasm for technology /li liSolid commercial understanding and ability to combine technical depth with business /li liSolution‑oriented, customer‑focused, proactive, and accountable working style /li liExcellent networking and presentation skills /li liProficient in MS Office, experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus /li liFluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) /li liWillingness to travel (approx. 40%), valid driving license required /li /ul h3ABOUT US /h3 pPanasonic is one of the largest and leading electronic product manufacturers in the world.
