We are now looking for a Sous Chef who wants to create, lead, and grow with us for the upcoming Season 2026 starting 23rd of March until 1st of December 2026 (seasonal contract). Your Role As Sous Chef, you are not simply second-in-command.\nYou are a creative partner in shaping the culinary voice of Vocabolo Moscatelli.\nTogether with our Head Chef and ownership, you will: Co-create seasonal menus rooted in Umbrian terroir\nElevate local ingredients with precision and restraint\nLead and inspire a small, ambitious kitchen team\nEnsure consistency, elegance, and soul in every plate\nContribute ideas that push us forward while staying true to our identity\nMaintain the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and organization\nThis is a role for someone who understands that luxury lies in detail — and that simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.
