In questo ruolo, sarai in prima linea nello sviluppo di soluzioni innovative per batterie destinate alla prossima generazione di veicoli elettrici. La tua esperienza sarà cruciale per promuovere i progressi nella tecnologia delle batterie, garantendo che i nostri prodotti rispettino i più alti standard di prestazioni, sicurezza ed efficienza. What we expect from you
- MSc degree in electrical, electronic, automotive engineering or similar
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and integrating battery systems for automotive applications.
- Ability to use simulation tools to predict battery performance and conduct data analysis is considered a plus.
- Knowledge of the main standards, regulatory requirements, and guidelines related to the presented topic (ISO, ECE…)
- Knowledge of requirements management tools (like IBM Doors, Polarion…) is a strong plus
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to battery systems, ensuring reliability and safety.
- Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to integrate battery systems into larger and international automotive projects.
- English working proficiency is a must-have
