Our daily task in the Data Magagement team is to develop reports in various formats for external and internal stakeholders in card-based payment transactions, to expand the interfaces and to maintain our data management systems. Core Responsibilities:
1. Document Design and Layout: Developing and managing templates for automated document production using Doc1 or in the future environment similar tools.
2. Quality Assurance, Document Maintenance: Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of the existing documents, and adherence to compliance and branding guidelines.
3. Data Handling and Integration: Utilizing data from various sources to create personalized, customer-centric document communications.
4. Testing: Generating customer/data type-specific testing files and performing end-to-end development testing.
5. Incident handling: Successfully resolving the reported incidents and ad-hoc urgent tasks.
6. Workflow Automation: Implementing and maintaining automated workflows to streamline document creation and document distribution processes.
7. Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with cross-functional business teams, including Project Managers, Product Owners, Business Engineers, and customer service, to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Qualifications:
8. Experience with Doc1/Engage1: Hands-on experience in using Doc1/Engage1 or similar document automation and layout tools is essential.
9. Technical Skills: Knowledge of Windows Server, MS SQL Server, and Unix is advantageous. Programming languages is not strictly necessary, but a flair for computer science is beneficial.
10. Understanding of Data Integration: Familiarity with integrating and managing data within document automation systems. Knowledge of data formats and basic data manipulation techniques.
11. Problem-solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to document design and output.
12. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that all documents meet quality standards and business requirements.
13. Adaptability and Learning: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs related to document automation and customer communication.
14. Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and articulate technical issues and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
15. Language skills: B2/C1 level of English, with a willingness to learn German.
