We are building a team of commercially savvy, entrepreneurial, and ambitious individuals to help us realize our potential. /ph3The role /h3pReporting directly to the Regional Manager, the City Manager is a unique opportunity to become an integral part of the Italian Commercial team. /ppYou will build relationships with restaurant partners in your area, enhance our value proposition for customers, and identify avenues for continued rapid growth. /ppThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building and analyzing data to guide expansion. /ppYou will be ubased in Trieste or nearby cities /u. /ph3What you'll do: /h3ulliBecome the local expert for your city (or cities), understanding the restaurant industry thoroughly and representing Deliveroo locally. /liliUse data insights to improve our customer offering neighborhood by neighborhood. /liliManage top restaurant accounts, lead negotiations, and optimize partner performance for growth. /liliCollaborate with local account managers to develop local hero brands. /liliIdentify and onboard new popular local restaurants, setting them up for success. /liliDevelop local sales strategies, focusing on closing value gaps and areas needing attention. /liliEnhance customer experience through local knowledge, including optimizing restaurant selection and operations, and working on strategic plans with regional teams. /liliMaximize marketing opportunities by encouraging restaurant participation. /li /ulh3Requirements: /h3ulli3-4 years of proven experience in account/relationship management, sales, or strategy roles. /liliResults-oriented and target-driven. /liliProficient in analyzing restaurant and city performance data to identify improvement areas. /liliAbility to work both in the field (2-3 days/week) and remotely. /liliExcellent relationship-building and communication skills via face-to-face, phone, or email. /li /ulh3Why Deliveroo? /h3pOur mission is to transform shopping and dining experiences by connecting consumers, restaurants, shops, and riders.
