Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the BESS business with utilities, industrial clients, and renewable energy developers.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to solution design, proposal preparation, and deal closure.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the renewable energy sector, including utility companies, grid operators, and regulatory bodies.
Collaborate with regulatory bodies and transmission operators for seamless BESS integration into the power grid.Stay informed on changes in grid codes, transmission line requirements, and energy storage regulations.
Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
~3 to 5 years of experience in renewable energy technical support, sales, or project management, with a focus on BESS, PCS, or EMS.
~ Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and grid codes for integrating energy storage systems.
~ Willingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits.
