Key Objectives of the Role
- Deliver Sales and Contribution targets as defined in Budget for assigned territory with focus on A (and B) allocated customers and prospects,
- Execute the defined Business plan for the territory and report on progress to the line manager on a monthly basis,
- Build and maintain account plans at most important customers and prospect,
- Promote the correct products to the right customers,
- Execute Marketing campaigns and launches in close collaboration with Category Managers,
- Roll out Synergy's value proposition and brand identity to assigned customers and geography,
- Meet objectives of Activity and sales performance KPIs.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure proper coordination of activities with colleagues across EU and beyond for international customers having activities outside perimeter,
- Maintain proper Market Mapping at industry, customers, competitors and product level,
- In alignment with our sales excellence principles, capture and maintain all relevant customer related activities in CRM on due time: call reports, sample requests, key correspondence, price offers, projects etcUse CRM as platform to follow sales activities,
- Ensure on time reporting to his manager on defined KPIs and reports,
- Develop relevant retention plan to limit business erosion at Key Customer,
- Develop and manage local distributors working with them to promote our product lines,
- Insure high level of discipline on our internal rules and guidelines,
- Resolve problems faced by the customers and deal with/handle complaints to maintain trust levels and deliver a high level of Customer satisfaction.
