AI4I is an Institute that aims to enhance scientific research, technological transfer, and, more generally, the innovation capacity of the Country, promoting its positive impact on industry, services and public administration. To this end, the Institute contributes to creating a research and innovation infrastructure that employs artificial intelligence methods, with particular reference to manufacturing processes, within the framework of the Industry 4.0 process and its entire value chain. The Institute establishes relationships with similar entities and organizations in Italy and abroad, including Competence Centers and European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIHs).
You will provide crucial support to the Senior Manager of the Strategy & Performance Management Office, playing a key role in data analysis, reporting and performance monitoring. You will gain valuable experience in strategic planning and processes management within a dynamic AI-focused research environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Process Management
- Manage the technological platform used for project management, timesheet tracking, and strategy execution control
- Ensure the platform's functionality and provide technical support to users, while identifying user friction points
- Support the implementation of platform improvements
Process Analysis
- Detail and examine the steps involved in the various processes implemented at the Institute
- Map and identify the bottlenecks and inefficiencies of those processes
- Ensure standardized documentation across all the operational departments
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Support the management and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards strategic objectives
- Contribute to the structural development and refinement of KPI frameworks
Management Control Reporting
- Assist in the preparation of comprehensive managerial reports, including data analysis and visualization
- Gather and analyse data from various sources to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager and the Head of Administration to prepare management control reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Assist in the analysis of financial and operational data
Data entry and data quality control
- Support the implementation of new procedures related to the strategy and performance management office
About you
You have a University Degree, preferably in Business Administration or in a related field and you bring 3-4 years of professional experience in Analytics, Process Analysis, Business Intelligence or Project Management. You have a good understanding of Project Management software (e.g. Jira, Asana, Clickup), you are confident using Tableau for data reporting and Excel.
You are able to work independently and handle multiple projects and tasks
