Role purpose: To lead/support key VGE accounts in Italy with the main objectives of meeting financial targets and customer satisfaction. Key accountabilities and decision ownership: - Drive accelerated revenue growth & acquire new business by identifying potential markets for new and existing products and services in accounts; - Identify and pursue sales opportunities and leads which may come from meetings, clients, other sales force, vendors and others; - Directs strategic national account planning, account development and leadership of the nominated Vodafone Global Enterprise accounts; - Develop & maintain C-level relationships with key accounts; - Timely & accurate revenue & new business value forecasting Core competencies, knowledge and experience: - Proven track record in successfully acquiring new business including solution sales within large, MNCs or Business Development capabilities; - Fluent in English and Italian; - Proven track record of ability to manage stakeholders in a matrixed organization; - Team building and collaborative approach. Must have technical / professional qualifications: - Degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Engineering as an advantage; - Sales experience in ICT industry preferred (minimum of 5 years) and on Energy & Utilities accounts; - Experience in managing large national or multi-national accounts across multiple functions and decision makers, including C-level relationships.
