B2B Digital Sales Specialist (Italian & English) – Hybrid (Sofia, Bulgaria)
We are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native-level Italian and solid cold calling experience to join an international, tech-focused sales environment. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Sofia, offering a stable base salary, performance bonus, and relocation support.
Role Overview
In this role, you will :
Conduct outbound cold calling to identify, qualify, and engage business leads
Apply structured business development and lead qualification methodologies
Build, manage, and develop a consistent sales pipeline
Understand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutions
Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets
Requirements
Native-level Italian (mandatory) and fluent English
Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience
Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification
Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital advertising is highly desirable
Strong communication skills and a results-driven, proactive mindset
What We Offer
Full-time contract, Monday to Friday (09:00–18:00)
Hybrid work model based in Sofia
Gross monthly salary: 3,300 BGN + bonus + benefits
Quarterly performance bonus: up to 2,000 BGN
Relocation support: Company-paid accommodation for the first 10 days or more
Relocation support: Assistance in finding long-term housing
Relocation support: Possibility of salary advance if needed
Relocation support: Affordable cost of living — fully furnished apartments of at least 40 m2 available from around 200 EUR per month
