We never compromise on quality and our only natural ingredients, ensuring trust with our consumers as well as partners through our commitment to excellence. /p h3Your Mission /h3 ul liYou define and execute Planted’s retail strategy in Italy to drive sustainable growth and strengthen market presence. /li liYou build, manage, and develop strategic relationships with national and regional retail partners. /li liYou lead negotiations of national and regional agreements, including pricing, trade terms, promotions, and assortment. /li liYou identify growth opportunities with retail partners and develop strategic plans to expand distribution and sales performance. /li liYou monitor customer performance and profitability and implement corrective actions where needed. /li liYou lead and develop a small team, setting clear objectives, driving performance, and supporting professional growth. /li liYou foster a high-performance culture focused on results, collaboration, and entrepreneurial thinking. /li liYou manage and coordinate external sales agents to ensure strong retail coverage and consistent execution across Italy. /li liYou oversee the external merchandising agency to secure excellent in-store execution, product availability, and brand visibility. /li liYou define KPIs and monitor execution quality at the point of sale. /li liYou ensure excellent retail execution through close collaboration with category management and field teams. /li liYou analyze sales data and market trends (e.g. Nielsen, IRI, retailer panels) to optimize assortment, promotions, and customer strategies. /li liYou collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing to drive profitable and sustainable growth. /li liYou provide insights into the Italian retail landscape and competitive environment. /li liYou maintain consistent CRM usage to document customer interactions, track opportunities, and ensure accurate sales reporting. /li liYou analyze market data to identify trends, monitor competitors, and support data-driven commercial decisions. /li /ul h3You /h3 ul liHold a university degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus. /li liBring 10+ years of experience in Retail Sales, National Account Management, or Commercial Leadership within the FMCG sector in Italy. /li liDemonstrate a strong track record managing key retail partnerships and negotiating national and regional agreements with major Italian retailers. /li liBring experience leading teams and coordinating external sales partners or agencies. /li liDemonstrate excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with senior retail stakeholders. /li liShow strong leadership and team management capabilities. /li liUnderstand the Italian retail landscape deeply. /li liApply strong analytical skills in data interpretation and commercial planning. /li liWork in a results-driven, entrepreneurial, and proactive way. /li liBring experience in fresh food categories (chilled, perishable, or short shelf-life products) as a strong plus. /li liCommunicate fluently in Italian and English, both written and spoken. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
