ensuring alignment with Sales priorities and clear efficiency thresholds (CPL, CPA, conversion rates, LTV) for each campaign. /li liDevelop center-level commercial marketing playbooks, capturing best-performing activations by location, competition and seasonality, to support Sales execution and accelerate time-to-impact. /li liImplement campaigns aimed at acquisition, conversion and retention. /li liAdapt creatives and messaging with a clear focus on commercial impact. /li liReview copy, transcreations and claims, adjusting them to the Italian consumer. /li liPrepare promotional and commercial materials (pricing, offers, tactical signage). /li liCoordinate tactical center-level campaigns (openings, monthly promotions, commercial reinforcements). /li /ul h3Coordination management of external agencies /h3 ul liImplement and operate the agency governance model at local level, ensuring clear briefs, performance KPIs and SLAs are applied consistently, and contributing to quarterly evaluations focused on quality, speed and commercial effectiveness. /li liActivate and coordinate commercial content execution across content, community management and paid media, ensuring alignment with the global content strategy and conversion objectives (traffic and lead generation). /li liOptimize local ways of working (workflows, approval processes, cadence) to reduce time-to-market and ensure consistent execution across centers, in alignment with central Marketing guidelines. /li liAct as the operational point of contact for the Italy agency, ensuring: /li liA content calendar aligned with commercial priorities. /li liReview and approval of copy and creative assets. /li liSupervision of tone, quality and engagement. /li liActivation of specific campaigns to drive traffic and leads. /li liCoordinate with creative, media and production agencies: /li liSupervision of briefings, timelines and deliverables. /li liReview of proposals with strong commercial and brand criteria. /li liEnsure efficiency, quality and on‑time delivery. /li liManage suppliers for signage, vinyls, design and production to guarantee consistency and achievement of objectives. /li /ul h3Relationship with local partners – business perspective /h3 ul liIdentify and activate local partnership opportunities (offline media, retail, health wellness, sports, municipalities) in alignment with Headquarters and Sales priorities, assessing demand‑generation potential, brand fit and cost efficiency. /li liSupport the negotiation and activation of value‑creating partnerships (co‑marketing, geo‑targeted activations, exclusive offers), ensuring initiatives contribute to CPA reduction and occupancy acceleration at center level. /li liExecute and scale approved partnership toolkits and activation frameworks, contributing local learnings and results to support broader replication across markets. /li liLiaise with Italian offline media to ensure executions focused on ROI and commercial efficiency. /li liSupervise local materials that enhance visibility and support purchase decisions. /li liMonitor budgets and manage basic negotiations with a commercial mindset. /li /ul h3Internal coordination with a business‑driven approach /h3 ul liCoordinate a cross‑functional operating rhythm with Branded Content, Digital, Media and Operations to ensure campaign intensity is aligned with each center’s capacity and occupancy objectives, following established Marketing and Operations frameworks. /li liContribute to a unified performance dashboard for decision‑making (leads, traffic, occupancy, market response, channel efficiency), ensuring local data quality and leading structured post‑campaign reviews to drive continuous learning. /li liConduct local cohort analysis (by center, geography and channel) to inform tactical adjustments in messaging, investment allocation and offers, in alignment with Sales and central Media guidelines. /li liDaily alignment with Brand Content, Digital and Media teams, as well as with the Operations area. /li liIdentification of commercial needs for each center and opportunities within the local market. /li liMonitoring of key KPIs: leads, traffic, occupancy, market response. /li liPreparation of basic reports on campaign and activation performance in collaboration with the global media team. /li /ul h3Support for the execution of the commercial MKT plan /h3 ul liExecute and manage the local commercial calendar, organising initiatives as a portfolio of growth bets and prioritising activations based on demand peaks, local context and expected return, in alignment with the global Marketing and Sales plan. /li liOperate a structured local insight loop, capturing learnings from centers, partners and agencies and systematically feeding insights back into Headquarters Marketing and Product teams. /li liDefine activation scorecards (objectives, hypotheses, KPIs, owners, next steps) to ensure that every local activation or event generates reusable learning and scalable impact. /li liEnsure that all actions contribute to sales, new customer acquisition, upselling and retention. /li liGather information from the Italian market to identify local insights. /li liManage the annual commercial calendar and its demand peaks /li liProvide support for local activations, commercial events and external collaborations.
