Private Label Key Account Manager – Central Europe\nWe are looking for a dynamic and results‐oriented Private Label Key Account Manager to develop and manage the Private Label business in the Central European Area.\nThe role is responsible for building strategic partnerships with major retailers, driving revenue growth, and overseeing the entire commercial proces, from tender management to product launch.\nThis position plays a key role in expanding the private label segment, working closely with marketing, R& D, supply chain, and finance.\nMain Responsibilities\nCommercial Development & Sales
Define and execute the Private Label commercial strategy for Central Europe\nIdentify and acquire new private label customers (retailers, discount chains, buying groups)\nManage and develop existing clients to build long-term partnerships\nLead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and commercial terms\nEnsure profitable growth aligned with company objectives
Customer & Project Management
Manage the entire tender process, from customer request to final offer\nServe as the key point of contact throughout product development and launch\nTranslate customer requirements into clear briefs for R& D and Operations\nEnsure timely and successful product launches
Market & Category Analysis
Monitor market trends, competitors, and private label developments\nProvide market intelligence and strategic recommendations\nSupport the innovation pipeline with relevant concepts for clients\nConduct store checks in key reference markets
Requirement
Minimum 5 years' experience in FMCG sales - Private Label Business\nStrongly preferred experience in chocolate, confectionery, bakery or food\nProven track record managing international Retail Clients\nExperience in tender management and complex negotiations\nStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skills\nExcellent relationship‐building abilities\nStrategic mindset combined with operational execution\nAnalytical and data‐driven approach\nHigh level of autonomy and accountability\nFluent English required\nGerman (preferred) or other Central European languages are a plus\nEntrepreneurial mindset\nProactive and solution‐oriented\nAbility to thrive in dynamic environments
