The Italy Sales Account Manager is a key member of the BioCatch commercial EMEA team. This role focuses on managing and expanding BioCatch accounts within Italy’s Banking and Financial Services sector: Primarily managing tier 1 and tier 2 financial services accounts in Italy. Implementing a strategic account plan for new, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities. Driving high customer satisfaction within these accounts. BioCatch seeks a dynamic, energetic, entrepreneurial sales professional to develop revenue from existing and new clients. This role encompasses the entire sales process, including identifying opportunities, prospecting, qualification, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals. Requirements Grow sales revenue from existing BioCatch accounts, focusing on developing new business within assigned accounts. Execute a strategic account plan, managing opportunities to close deals while maintaining a consultative approach. Build strategic partnerships with customers, channel, and technology partners to support BioCatch’s go-to-market strategy. Collaborate with executive management and leadership to exceed sales targets and enhance customer success. Work closely with the EMEA commercial team, including Business Development, Cyber Strategy, Pre-Sales/Sales Engineering, and Account Management, to maximize revenue and adoption, ensuring customer satisfaction. Strengthen BioCatch’s brand within strategic accounts. Implement strategic sales and marketing activities and represent BioCatch at relevant events.
