The successful candidate will implement robust sales activities and leverage the internal commercial team to support revenue generation. /ppThe typical customers in the industrial market vertical include Steel manufacturers, Fabricators, Metal Recyclers, Cement Plants, Mining companies, Battery Recyclers, Museums, Universities, and key accounts in the aviation and automotive industries. /ppKey to success will be building relationships within the region, opening new market opportunities, and supporting existing customers to meet and exceed AOP objectives. /ppThe Regional Sales Manager will collaborate with business unit leaders and commercial leaders across regions, requiring strategic alignment to drive sales performance and meet business goals. /ppbJob Functions and Accountabilities : /b /pulliDeliver bookings and revenue in line with BU AOP targets through direct sales. /liliDevelop and execute lead generation strategies in Italy. /liliLead commercial opportunities and set performance targets within industrial markets in Italy. /liliDefine and implement new sales processes, including territory management and structured sales methodologies. /liliDemonstrate and train customers on handheld X-ray and LIBS spectrometers. /liliSupport key accounts within the region. /liliEnhance pipeline and forecast management, utilizing tools like SFDC and Business Reviews. /liliCommunicate sales outlooks to management effectively. /liliImplement sales tactics to promote products and services. /liliManage leads, pipeline, and opportunities within SFDC, participating in weekly forecast calls. /li /ulpMinimum Requirements / Qualifications : /ppbEducational Qualifications : /b /pulliBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. /liliAdvanced degree in business or science is a plus. /liliProficiency in English required. /li /ulpbExperience Qualifications : /b /pulliAt least 5+ years of successful sales experience, including lead generation. /liliExperience with analytical instruments, including handheld XRF and LIBS. /liliExperience working with government and industrial clients in sectors like Scrap, Fabrication, Oil Gas, Chemical, Mining, Environmental, and Academic. /liliProven ability to maintain and grow customer base via demos and remote/on-site visits. /liliStrong analytical skills and experience in sales management metrics. /liliAbility to work effectively in a matrix environment. /liliMotivated, proactive, with excellent interpersonal skills. /liliExperience with CRM tools like Salesforce and pipeline management. /liliAlignment with Thermo Fisher values: Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, Involvement. /li /ulpuTravel Requirement : /u Up to 60% travel within the country/region. /ppJ-18808-Ljbffr /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
