Our client, a Global Pharmaceutical company with Italian HQ based in Milan, is looking for a :
Sales & Marketing Manager
The candidate will have the responsibility of directing the growth, leading a team in alignment with global and regional strategies.
Main activities and responsibilities
* Will leads and inspire a team of Key Account Managers and Marketing
* Oversee product lifecycle management—from launch planning and pricing to promotional execution
* Ensure successful market access and tender management processes
* Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, payers, and regulatory authorities
* Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and policy changes to inform strategic decisions
* Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure operational excellence
* Uphold the highest standards of compliance and ethical conduct
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
* 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including 3+ years in a commercial leadership role
* Proven success in launching and managing pharmaceutical products
* Deep understanding of the local healthcare system, regulatory landscape, and market access strategies
* Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
* Availability for frequent business trips
* Fluency in Italian and English
