The purpose of this role is to lead and be accountable for the growth, development and promotion of Rayner’s portfolio in Italy, maximizing the impact of all Italian marketing activities and ensuring alignment with the global and regional marketing plans.In this role, you will build effective relationships with KOLs and other external stakeholders to harness their cooperation and engagement in developing innovative products and participate in and actively engage in organizing specialist marketing programs at major industry conferences in the region.What You'll Be Doing : Development and delivery of localized marketing strategy for the full Rayner product and service portfolio.Regional and local congress coordination (booth design and development, symposia, and customer events) across the Italian market.Develop and maintain a network of Key Opinion Leaders; initiate programs (PR, Peer2Peer campaigns), including field travel to execute / implement programs.Manage your budgets to ensure spending is in line with approved business plans.Champion the corporate and product brand identities – consistency and compliance.What Experience & Skills You Will Need : Degree in Business / Marketing / Science / Optometry / Engineering or equivalent professional experience.Experience launching new products and managing product life cycles.Hands‑on experience with campaign management – specifically the execution and implementation of social media campaigns.Formal business or marketing qualifications (e.g. CIM)Scientific background, able to comprehend and interpret scientific / clinical data.Experience working in Optometry / ophthalmologyUnderstanding of Medical Device regulationsWhat We Can Offer You : Annual programme of fun eventsBeing part of an organisation you can be proud to work for changing the lives of millions of people!J-18808-Ljbffr
