Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Chef de Rang will be part of a team of high-level professionals with a strong passion for F&B. Your goal is to provide each guest with a memorable experience during their stay. What you’ll be doing Welcome guests and attend to tables promptly Serve food and beverages, making recommendations when needed Assist guests with menu questions and special requests Record transactions accurately in the MICROS system Check guest satisfaction after each course and beverage Clean tables, complete closing duties, and restock supplies Communicate with the kitchen regarding orders, menu questions, and dietary needs Follow cycle time guidelines and maintain cleanliness of work areas Inspect china, glass, and silverware prior to use Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and brand guidelines What we’re looking for Legal right to work in Italy with a valid work permit for full-time employment (40 hours/week) Fluent in English and Italian Understanding of F&B operations and luxury hospitality Positive, outgoing personality with great conversational skills Experience in fine dining restaurants is advantageous Knowledge of Micros is preferred This role requires physical ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and maintain a professional appearance in a uniform. Safety training and certification will be required prior to employment.
