You will be responsible for the company's marketing strategy in ItalyDefine and implement a marketing strategy which impacts sales and brand growth, monitor the competition, and support the expansion of our service in new locationsMonitor and improve digital marketing campaigns with the help of internal experts and best‐in‐class digital marketing agenciesSupport the local teams with marketing materialsSet up and participate in local eventsConceive and support local partnerships with visuals and marketing collateralsEnsure a good and correct presence of the brand in the marketCreate regular reports about the evolution and impact of the marketing initiatives
Qualifications
A demonstrated experience in marketing of at least 4 to 6 yearsA solution‐oriented work style to feel comfortable in a fast‐growing work environmentBasic knowledge of main digital marketing techniques and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Mailchimp, Facebook Business Manager, etc.Ideally, some basic knowledge of graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator & Canva)A positive attitude, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong results‐driven and data‐informed mindset, focused on achieving measurable business outcomesAs a native Italian speaker, you also have fluency in EnglishGood knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
