Area Manager
to join our Italian Field Force! MISSION As Area Manager, you will oversee and develop commercial relationships with our partner network in North Italy, focusing on Lombardia region. This role offers exposure to strategic projects and close collaboration with the Sales Leadership Team based in Milan, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals who aspire to broaden their responsibilities over time within the organization.
YOUR ROLL Manage and strengthen relationships with dealers and financial partners across Italy. Ensure sharing and implementation of new strategies / products / initiatives towards all the Dealer’s network, both in terms of Wholesale and Retail. Become a Dealer’s Business Partner, sharing KPIs and proposing dedicated Action Plans in order to improve Sales & Financing performance. Monitor Sales Performance Metrics and identify opportunities for Business Development. Collaborate with central functions to enhance processes, tools, and services. Prepare reports and presentations for Management to support strategic decisions. Provide ongoing support to the Sales team through pricing tools, dashboards, and tailored report to facilitate commercial decision-making.
YOUR SKILLS University Degree Economics, Finance, Business, or Engineering 3-5 years of experience in Pricing or Financial Analysis, ideally in Captive Finance or automotive industry Knowledge of financial and pricing methodologies with understanding of automotive finance products Analytical mindset Proactive in identifying negotiation risk and developing strategies to ensure smooth approvals Strong Team Player with excellent communicative skills Italian: native speaker English: fluent in speaking and writing (Eng Skills will be tested during the recruiting process)
