Job description
Our GNSS team seeks a GNSS Algorithms Engineer to join our Turin office. The role involves designing, simulating, and validating algorithms for GNSS signal processing.
This opportunity is suitable for engineers with backgrounds in Telecommunications, Electronics, or similar fields.
Responsibilities and duties
* Analyze scientific publications to identify and evaluate novel signal processing techniques for GNSS.
* Develop advanced signal models for specific GNSS applications and scenarios.
* Code and validate algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink with synthetic and real datasets.
* Assess algorithm complexity, perform trade-off analyses, and optimize for efficiency and accuracy.
* Define test plans, participate in test campaigns, and analyze results.
* Create technical documentation, including designs, simulation results, and test reports.
Qualifications and skills
* Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Communications Engineering, or related field.
* Strong knowledge of radio navigation principles and GNSS.
* Understanding of digital signal processing (DSP) fundamentals.
* Proficiency in MATLAB and Simulink.
* Knowledge of embedded systems and digital architectures for GNSS.
* Ability to work independently and in teams.
