Experteer Overview
In this role you will manage a portfolio of accounts across the assigned market, driving Golf, Sports and Entertainment business for Castiglion del Bosco. You act as the brand ambassador, collaborating closely with the Sales & Marketing team to grow accounts and exceed client expectations. You will leverage Salesforce and coordinate with Events Sales to maximize opportunities, while shaping the Sales & Marketing strategy and delivering compelling client presentations. You join a high-performance, growth-focused luxury hotel with global expansion ambitions.

Responsabilità
* Minimum 3 years of luxury hospitality sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
* Familiarity with LQA/Forbes standards and Opera PMS
* Fluent in Italian and English with strong written and verbal communication
* Strong relationship-building, xjrgpwk attention to detail, and polished interpersonal skills
* Team player who contributes to a positive and ambitious culture
* Proactive mindset with willingness to mentor others and support development initiatives
* Personal interest in Sports and Golf is appreciated
