The Taghleef Industries group is based in Dubai and operates 11 production sites worldwide.
It manufactures bioriented polypropylene and polylactic acid films for food packaging, label production, industrial applications, and more.

MARKET AND BUSINESS DEVELOPER
We are looking for a Market & Business Development professional to accelerate growth in a specific, high-value market segment across Europe.
In this role, you will act as a key commercial and strategic partner, shaping market development, strengthening relationships with strategic customers, and positioning our solutions as high-value offerings for brand owners.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth in new and higher-value markets and segments within a dedicated market area
Act as the main point of contact for Key and Strategic Accounts in Europe within the assigned business scope
Lead and manage new business sales inquiries related to the specific market segment
Coordinate sales activities with Area Sales Managers across Europe to ensure alignment and scalability
Collaborate closely with Product Management to ensure strategic fit and long-term business development
Manage pricing inquiries in line with Product Management strategy
Work with R&D; and Technical teams to improve product performance based on market needs, customer feedback, and competitive activity
Partner with Product Management and Marketing teams to identify and support events, tradeshows, and marketing initiatives that foster growth and market visibility
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in market development and building strong relationships with brand owners
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both internally and externally
Strong strategic mindset, with the ability to move beyond transactional selling and position solutions as value-driven offerings for high-potential segments
Fluency in English; additional European languages (Italian, Spanish, etc.) are a plus
A dynamic, proactive team player who thrives in fast-paced, international environments
Solid market intelligence capabilities, including the ability to identify early signals in competitor activity or evolving regulations
Willingness to travel
