The ideal candidate possesses strong product management experience, a solid understanding of SFCC, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment. /p h3Accountabilities /h3 pPartner with the Head of Digital Product to refine and execute the product roadmap in alignment with business goals and stakeholder priorities. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liTranslate high‑level business objectives into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. /li liCollaborate with engineering, UX/UI, and architecture teams to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of SFCC enhancements and features. /li liSupport the continuous improvement of digital commerce experiences to drive conversion, engagement, and customer satisfaction. /li liConduct ongoing analysis of platform performance, identifying optimization opportunities and areas for innovation. /li liManage and coordinate third‑party integrations and vendor relationships within the SFCC ecosystem. /li liContribute to agile ceremonies, ensuring the backlog is prioritized and stories are well‑defined for delivery teams. /li liServe as a subject‑matter expert on SFCC capabilities, configurations, and best practices. /li liEnsure all product releases adhere to compliance, security, and accessibility standards. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, related fields or equivalent practical experience. /li li5+ years of experience in program and/or operations management in a high‑tech environment. /li liProduct management experience, including direct experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud. /li liDemonstrated success contributing to the delivery of complex digital commerce products or large‑scale eCommerce initiatives. /li liStrong understanding of eCommerce workflows, system integrations, and omnichannel customer journeys. /li liExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross‑functional teams. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
