This role includes overseeing the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of energy storage systems in CI and Utility Scale environments. /p pThe Field Application Engineer/After-sales Engineer will also support technical training activities. This includes delivering training sessions for customers and internal staff, as well as contributing to the development of technical procedures and training documentation. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ol libTechnical Operations: /b ul liLead installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of PCS, Lithium Battery Systems, and BESS/RESS solutions. /li liConduct functional tests, performance monitoring, and system diagnostics. /li liEnsure project milestones are completed in line with company standards and customer expectations. /li /ul /li libCall Center Technical Support: /b ul liParticipate in call center support for technical troubleshooting and remote diagnostics. /li liCollaborate with the Help Desk team to resolve advanced technical cases. /li liAct as the technical escalation point for complex issues. /li /ul /li libCustomer Support Communication: /b ul liServe as the primary technical contact for customers during field operations. /li liProvide detailed explanations of system performance and troubleshooting steps. /li liEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional service delivery. /li /ul /li libReporting Documentation: /b ul liPrepare technical reports, including diagnostics, repair logs, and commissioning records. /li liEnsure accurate completion of service records, inspection forms, and checklists. /li /ul /li libTraining Technical Procedure Development: /b ul liConduct technical training sessions for customers, service partners, and internal teams. /li liActively contribute to the development of training materials and technical procedures for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. /li liSupport the continuous improvement of training content by integrating field experiences and lessons learned. /li /ul /li libCompliance Safety: /b ul liEnsure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards and safety policies. /li liConduct on-site safety inspections and maintain proper tool and equipment handling procedures. /li /ul /li /ol h3Requirements /h3 h3Education Certification /h3 ul liDiploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Mechatronics, or related technical fields. /li liProfessional skills in BESS/PCS/RESS installation, maintenance, and commissioning. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liMinimum 1-2 years of experience in field service related to BESS/PCS/RESS systems. /li liProven experience leading commissioning and maintenance projects on CI and Utility Scale systems. /li liExperience in training delivery and procedure development is highly desirable. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of PCS, BESS, and RESS technologies, including grid compliance. /li liAbility to read and interpret technical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and control schematics. /li liFamiliarity with SCADA systems, EMS (Energy Management Systems), and monitoring platforms. /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liExcellent communication skills for delivering training and technical explanations. /li liProblem solving and critical thinking skills to manage complex technical challenges. /li liAdaptability to changing project environments and deadlines. /li /ul h3Work Environment /h3 ul liFrequent travel to various project sites. /li liField-based environment with exposure to industrial and outdoor conditions. /li liOn-call availability during critical project phases and emergencies. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
