The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Water Filtration and Separation specially in Ultrapure water with experience in main vertical markets : Pharma Power MicroE Green Hydrogen Industrial Process Water filtration and other markets applications of Water Filtration Separation and will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies through channel partners and direct sales in support of profitable growth goals. This position will be responsible of Eastern Europe and Turkey and will be reporting to The Director of Sales EMEA. /ppbKey Responsibilities : /b /pulliAccountable for execution and performance of aggressive Sales Growth plan within the assigned territory including capital equipment sales in close collaboration with channel partners as well as direct sales. /liliForecast run rate business and new projects as part of monthly reviews. /liliDevelop and Qualify sales leads and new prospects while supporting further growth of our existing accounts and developing markets and applications. /liliEstablish relationships with all levels of prospective customers and stakeholders who influence or make buying decisions. Develop understanding of competitive products accounts and Evoqua unique value proposition versus the competition. /liliProactive account development and ability to make sales appointments and penetrate accounts at all levels. /liliCreate sales plan and strategy that will deliver sales targets for the products for designated market sectors / applications for mentioned. /liliAccurately Forecast Sales for the Territory and proactively Prospect for new opportunities to maintain a healthy pipeline. /liliDevelop a high level of technical sales competence in the product line to generate solutions for our customers while collaborating with support teams including Application Engineering Aftermarket Sales Project Management and Field Service. /liliServe as the eyes and ears of the Organization by providing specific market intelligence including regulatory changes market trends product enhancements and emerging opportunities that will drive growth and profitability. /liliCoordinate local trade show booth / tabletop. /liliMaintain opportunities updated within centralized CRM system and effectively utilize full suite of tools available to support Sales activities. /liliCreate value through innovative ideas and approach for our customers and channel partners in pursuit of growth of existing and new business. /liliManage the territory by training coaching and leading channel partners in the region and coordinate activities with the technical team. /liliGenerate structured succinct yet informative and insightful presentations and reports on performance of Territory to Sales Manager Director of Sales and others within the Leadership Team. /liliTransfer competitor intelligence by products / regions / pricing / OEMs bases and promotions to Xylems Product Managers and Sales Manager. /liliMaintain a sense of urgency in closing existing opportunities while qualifying and developing new leads. /li /ulpQualifications Required : /ppBachelors Degree in Engineering or other technical degree is preferred. /ppbKnowledge Experience /b /pulliMust have proactive sales ability with an outgoing positive approach and the ability to be effectively competitive persistent and fearless. /lili5 years proven technical sales experience required. /lili5 years of Water treatment and filtration sales experience is UltraPure Water applications is strongly desirable with existing network of connections (Customers projects etc.) in Eastern Europe. /liliOutstanding customer service and understanding of relationship selling and solution selling. /liliTechnical sales experience and ability to quickly learn products process and purchasing drivers to effectively find and close opportunities. /liliDemonstrate high level of accountability and ownership of the goals and performance for the Territory. /liliAbility to lead coach and motivate other individuals to meet set targets. /liliMust have the skills attitude and desire to work in a team to most effectively serve our customers through our traditional channel to market of manufacturers representatives. /liliWellhoned and articulate interpersonal communication and presentational skills. /liliComputer skills including proficiency with Microsoft applications and CRM programs as well as other electronic selling media. /liliSuccessful individuals will be analytical selfmotivated have a written plan organized and disciplined. /liliAbility and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time including ground and air transportation. /liliStrong negotiating skills with proven ability to close contracts. /liliRequire strong time management skills and planning. /liliTenacious and Resilient. /li /ulpJoin the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage conservation and reuse.
