Mission
As a Chef De Partie, you will oversee a section of the kitchen and support the Executive and Sous Chef. You will ensure the highest standards of quality, maintain consistent standards, stay updated on new products and recipes, and manage food cost for your area.
What You Will Do
* Plan, schedule, and organise kitchen staff to ensure proper coverage.
* Prepare, cook and present high‑quality dishes according to company standard recipes.
* Supervise the cooks assigned to your section, providing guidance on food handling and preparation.
* Ensure the quality, presentation and quantity of food prepared.
* Maintain proper storage of products and supervise inventory control.
* Keep the workstation clean, neat and well‑organised.
* Guarantee compliance with all health, safety, HACCP and customer service guidelines.
* Collaborate with your supervisor to continuously improve kitchen operations.
Qualifications
* At least 2–3 years of practical experience as a cook, preferably in a hotel or similar hospitality environment.
* Vocational training in hospitality, F&B or kitchen operations.
* Fluency in the local language; English is a valuable plus.
* Knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office and POS systems.
* Excellent organisational, detail‑oriented and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and independently.
* Customer‑service oriented.
