Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. Collaborate with supporting functions to generate demand and convert leads. Customer & Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners. Conduct business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Resolve customer concerns collaboratively with support and operations teams. Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to leadership. Track regional performance metrics such as revenue, margins, and conversion rates. Use CRM systems to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with Solutions, Marketing, and local teams to align sales efforts with company goals. Provide field feedback to influence product development and service improvements. Lead, mentor, and motivate sales team members. Set performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and coach for continuous improvement. Foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation. Strong decision-making skills to handle complex and urgent situations effectively. Some work experience with a basic understanding of the new energy market. Proficiency in English, with good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; multilingual abilities are a plus. Ability to work towards clear team objectives, promote collaboration, and accept overseas travel; overseas work experience is preferred. Additional Information: EU work permit required.
