Position based in Palermo or Catania (full remote)
Libon is an international application for calling loved ones, which is recharged like a prepaid SIM card.
It offers a range of top-ups at 5€, 10€, and 20€ to landlines and mobiles in over 160 countries.
Libon’s best offers are based on rates negotiated with Orange and MTN in Africa, and Globe and Smart in the Philippines, Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan.
These offers are now available in physical and digital form through resale networks such as telephone shops, tobacconists, kiosks, convenience stores, etc.
Beyond distributing Libon offers, it is necessary to better communicate, animate, and federate communities around the application.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The scope of the role concerns growing Libon’s turnover in Italy through field actions, adjusting offers and promotions for physical distribution, and communicating with and animating communities of sellers and buyers.
In B2B, the role involves working with points of sale that sell our Scratchcards / Epins.
In B2C, it involves direct interaction with application users, associations, households, and influencers within foreign communities (Africans, Asians, Indians, Americans, etc.).
Market analysis :
1. Define prospecting areas, hot spots, and priorities to develop Libon’s sales volumes.
2. Ensure competitive and technological watch.
3. Identify and prioritize distribution networks and deployment areas.
4. Engage in hunting and commercial prospecting.
5. Identify lead-generation contacts and study community customer needs.
6. Test different distribution networks and promotion strategies.
7. Implement the trade marketing plan as decided by management.
8. Be creative and propose ideas to increase Libon’s visibility and recognition among points of sale and diasporas.
9. Implement POS strategies in partner points of sale to ensure product visibility.
10. List points of sale offering Libon products.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* At least 2 years of experience in field sales, operational marketing, trade marketing, or community distribution; experience in Sicily is a plus.
* Strong negotiation skills and a passion for acquiring new customers.
* Good understanding of diasporas and their consumption habits in the area.
* Proficiency in Excel and numerical skills.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Voluntary, dynamic, and enthusiastic attitude.
* Good interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external networks.
* Intermediate proficiency in English and French; knowledge of a third African language like Wolof is mandatory.
* Driver’s license is mandatory.
