This role is essential for expanding our presence in these strategically significant and technically complex sectors. /p pSuccess in this position requires a blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and a strong customer-centric approach, with a particular focus on Key Account Management and Strategic Selling to establish and nurture long-term, high-value partnerships. /p h3What You'll Do : /h3 ul liThe Sales Executive Oil Gas, Chemical and Power will lead the commercial activities and drive profitable revenue growth across the targeted Oil Gas, Chemical and Power industries in Europe, with a primary focus on Italy. /li liYou will develop and execute a go-to-market strategy balancing EPC, End User and OEM, build key customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure our solutions deliver superior value. /li liThe role will require travel within Italy with possible overseas travel to meet with European and Worldwide Colleagues for Community / Sales meetings / Trade shows / conferences. /li /ul h3What You ́ll need to succeed? /h3 ul liProven experience in sales / business development in an industrial B2B environment, ideally in thermal systems, process automation equipment, or industrial material processing sectors. /li liStrong technical understanding of industrial processes related to Oil Gas, Chemical and Power is highly preferred. /li liProven track record in Key Account Management and Strategic Selling, with demonstrable success in complex sales cycles and high-value negotiations driving profitable revenue growth, Gross Margin, up to sustainable EBITDA. /li liExperience working within a matrixed global organization and influencing across functions. /li liFluent in English and Italian. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
