Insieme condividiamo uno scopo ambizioso: "Rendere il domani più affidabile dell'oggi". /p h3Overview /h3 pElement has an opportunity for a bBusiness Development manager /b (BDM) with previous sales experience, an international outlook and a strong technical background, with the ambition to drive commercial growth in strategic sectors such as energy, nuclear, aerospace, and cryogenics. The BDM will play a key role in market mapping, developing new B2B clients in Italy and Europe, and gathering industry insights to support strategic investment decisions. Then we would like to meet you! /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop new markets and business opportunities within strategic clusters (energy, nuclear, aerospace, cryogenics) /li liAnalyze and map target customers, market trends, and key players /li liActive networking: attend industry trade shows and events and create synergies within relevant clusters /li liCollect and share strategic market information with internal teams, contributing to innovation in the offering /li liCollaborate across teams (technical, laboratories, sales, operations) to define complex proposals and tailor‑made solutions /li liSupport in drafting proposals, managing tenders, negotiating with clients, and framework agreements /li liPrepare periodic reports and progress KPIs, with defined timelines and objectives /li liManage the commercial pipeline using advanced digital tools (CRM, Power BI, SharePoint) /li liPromote a customer‑oriented culture /li /ul h3Skills / Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in economics, management, or related fields (e.g., Economics, Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering) or proven commercial experience in complex B2B environments /li liSolid experience in business development, including pipeline management, new client acquisition, negotiation, and contract closing in technical or industrial sectors /li liBackground in testing, metallurgy, composite materials, energy, nuclear, or aerospace considered a plus, not a primary requirement /li liStrong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills, including intercultural contexts /li liProactivity and operational autonomy: able to work independently and take ownership of projects /li liActive listening and cross‑functional collaboration between technical, commercial, and operational teams /li liStrategic mindset, precision, stress resilience, and goal orientation /li liFast learner, adaptable to evolving contexts, and highly initiative‑driven /li liProblem‑solving attitude and effective priority management /li liExcellent command of digital tools (Microsoft Office, CRM – Dynamics, Power BI, SharePoint) /li liFluent English (minimum C1); additional languages are a plus (e.g., German, French, Spanish) /li liDriving license and willingness to travel /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liReal growth opportunities in an international, innovative, and future‑oriented company. /li liVariable incentive system based on results. /li liMulticultural team, dynamic environment, and continuous training. /li liCompetitive benefits based on role (e.g., company car/leasing, mobile phone, laptop, meal vouchers). /li /ul pIn Element siamo sempre orgogliosi di mettere al primo posto le nostre persone.
