After Market Sales Manager The role focuses on promoting and supporting the sale of aftermarket products and services covering European customers. Responsibilities
Manage and promote sales of aftermarket products to the existing installed base in Europe. Support customers on service and maintenance planning, parts inventory management, and energy efficiency improvement. Maintain and grow Hanwha direct customer network, focusing on customer satisfaction, long‑term relationships, and service agreements. Develop and extend existing clients in close cooperation with regional and global sales teams. Plan and organize all related sales functions, customer visits, reports, and processes. Evaluate and prepare technical quotes and material presentations with support from the sales and engineering teams.
Qualifications
Proven aftersales expertise and a strong blend of technical engineering knowledge, especially in the air separation, power, petrochemical, and industrial sectors. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent, plus at least five (5) years of experience in the field of rotating machinery (turbo preferred). Good understanding of instrument air and gas compressor applications in the Oil & Gas and Chemical / Petrochemical / Power sectors, plus experience with industry‑related standards such as API672, API617, API614 and other codes, as well as systems processes. Knowledge of turbomachinery product specifications and features, including control systems and auxiliary systems associated with integrally geared centrifugal compressors (preferred). Strong commercial skills and negotiation ability. Good command of English; a second language would be a plus. Capacity to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
