Join a groundbreaking European project at the forefront of satellite technology and climate research.Main ResponsibilitiesAs Account Manager, you will be responsible for:The Service Projects Coordination (Copernicus Service Account Manager) plays a critical role in managing Copernicus data from contributing missions, providing oversight of technical, financial, and scheduling aspects to ESA. The Account Managers are responsible for:
* Obtaining technical requirements from stakeholders
* Shaping procurement proposals
* Defining financial cost models
* Mitigating risks
* Contributing to successful project delivery
Each Account Manager is responsible for a specific thematic domain (Land, Marine, Security, Atmospheric, Emergency) and fosters collaboration across the entire service chain.Scope of Work Includes:
* Management of Copernicus Services users
* Organization and management of CSP Progress Reviews
* Recording, tracking, and analyzing user needs and mapping them in Data Warehouse Requirements (DWH)
* Supporting ESA in translating user needs into technical requirements for architecture and procurement
* End-to-end management of CSCDA datasets (Data Access Portfolio updates, status, monitoring orders, escalations, closures)
* Quota management
* User survey process management
* Attending international meetings to gather future requirements and identify EO trends
* Reconciliation and validation of CCME monthly reports
* Supporting CSCDA evolution (requirements, Tenders, Contract Changes, Operations Scenarios)
* Providing technical support for ESA/EC requests
* Monitoring technical interfaces (CCMs-CSCDA)
* Routine operations monitoring and quality control
Your Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Physics, Engineering, Mathematics, Geography, or Geosciences
* Minimum 5 years of experience in space EO industry or research
* Knowledge of ESA EO missions and operations
* Understanding of EO science applications
* Familiarity with Copernicus stakeholders and missions
* Proficiency in GIS tools
* Experience in technical report writing and editing
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Strong communication and analytical skills
* Technical writing and presentation skills
* Experience in documentation review
