You will be joining a lean team in the global IT & Digital Organization to focus on delivering incremental innovation and new digital experiences to our stakeholders in the Back Office area. The organization focuses on fast iteration and prototyping ideas to scale it up fast around the globe.
Role Overview
The AI Product Manager leads end-to-end AI initiatives for Back Office (Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, Communication), from opportunity discovery to prototype and scale up before handover to operations' teams. Operates within a lean Back Office AI Innovation hub using a pilot-to-handover model, reusing vendor AI and cross-functional assets; no embedded dev squad which will hired on a project base. Defines and owns the roadmap for the assigned AI initiatives. He will move beyond "AI for AI's sake" to identify high-impact use cases where machine learning/GenAI provides a genuine competitive advantage
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy: define and maintain the Back Office AI roadmap aligned with business priorities and Group AI strategy.
Governance: run SteerCo, align priorities with functional leaders and Solution Owners; avoid duplication across functions.
Discovery: shape high-value use cases with measurable outcomes; validate data/process readiness with Solution Owners.
Program Management: plan, track and de-risk prototypes/MVP; run frequent reviews and demos.
Coordination & Enablement: orchestrate internal ITD, vendors, data/AI teams; ensure compliance with architecture, security, privacy and Responsible AI.
Pilot-to-Handover: define success criteria and orchestrate transition to BO/IT application teams for production and run.
In partnership with Responsible AI, actively monitor for bias, hallucinations, and safety risks, ensuring our models comply with data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA) and internal ethical standards
Collaborate with Product Marketing to launch AI features, ensuring that customer expectations are managed regarding the capabilities and limitations of the AI
Measurable KPIs to make data-driven decisions on which features are the most valuable
Qualifications
5+ years in Product Management/Innovation/AI transformation (enterprise context).
Domain Knowledge: familiarity with current AI technologies (e.g., Transformer models, RAG architectures, NLP, or Computer Vision) and the relevant APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.)
Proven experience with AI-enabled products/processes in Back Office domains (Finance/HR/Legal/Procurement).
Track record of roadmap definition, MVPs, iterative delivery, and stakeholder management up to C-level.
Strong understanding of AI lifecycle (NLP/LLM/ML, prompt design, evaluation).
Excellent communication and storytelling; data-driven decision making.
Fluent English.
