Looking for the chance to shape the future of snacking? If so, you’ve come to the right place! As Marketing Activation Brand Manager in Vimercate, Milan, you’ll lead business planning, strategy development, activation, and innovation launches of the Wholesome Snack portfolio in Italy. You will deliver fully integrated commercial plans aligned with category strategy and the country’s needs.
Responsibilities
* Develop annual plans by conducting situational analysis, strategizing, and recommending growth initiatives. Collaborate with country teams on innovation and activation strategies.
* Identify opportunities for new product launches, make portfolio decisions, and lead business case development to drive growth and margins. Set and monitor KPIs.
* Lead local marketing amplifications and digital brand activations.
* Analyze data, report on performance, and provide feedback for improvements. Track market and business performance to recommend course corrections and initiatives.
* Build a strong activation team, collaborate with central marketing, RGM teams, and external agencies on campaigns and innovations.
Qualifications
* Degree in Marketing, Management, or related field
* Previous marketing experience with strategic and commercial focus
* Disciplined approach to goal setting, outcome prediction, and performance tracking
* Results-driven with ownership mindset
* Fluent in Italian and English, with strong communication and influencing skills
