BARTENDERMain purpose: The main objective will be to serve our Guests in order to create an exceptional and personalized experience for each one of them. Reports to: Bar Manager.Main duties & responsibilities
Support the team in attending bar serviceEngage the Guests following Rocco Robusto Hotels service standards and proceduresCreate and maintain a personalized relationship with guests in order to anticipate their needsResponsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of the BarResponsible for the equipment and supplies assigned to perform the serviceContribute to the achievement of economic targets of the bar. Complete knowledge of all products served by the barComply with H&S; national rules and company instructions

Other requirements
English knowledge equivalent to level B1/B23 years of professional experience in a similar role; working experience in well-known venues will be a plusA.I.B.E.S. certification is preferredPreferable evidence of self-development through specialized courses, conferences/workshops
