Sales Manager (Southern Italy) – Up to €50,000 (dependent upon experience) – Italy
Our client is a leading manufacturer of advanced material solutions designed for comfort, durability and functionality, used across sectors including building & construction, furniture, transport, healthcare and flooring. They are seeking a driven and results-orientated Sales Manager to join their team in Southern Italy. This role focuses on nurturing and expanding relationships with existing customers in the region.
The Role
The Sales Manager’s purpose is to strengthen the company’s presence in Southern Italy by maintaining and expanding key accounts, maximizing the potential of the existing customer base, and building long-term partnerships. The Sales Manager will work to increase customer satisfaction, identify new opportunities for collaboration, and contribute to the region’s growth and success.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and expand key accounts in Southern Italy.
* Strengthen relationships with existing customers and build long-term partnerships.
* Increase customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for collaboration.
* Contribute to regional growth and success through proactive account management.
Qualifications
* Strong B2B sales background with experience in key account management and customer retention.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven mindset.
* Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and market trends.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
* Fluency in English and Italian.
* Extensive travel across Southern Italy; valid driving licence is essential.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is desirable.
* Experience in the foam or industrial products sector is advantageous.
* Familiarity with Italian market dynamics, supply chain processes, and sales forecasting is advantageous.
