Role Overview We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to develop and expand relationships with enterprise customers in the Energy sector. This role is responsible for driving long‑term value creation across key accounts, ensuring customers fully adopt and scale Immensa’s Digital Inventory solutions. You will operate at the intersection of commercial engagement, account strategy, and stakeholder management, helping grow partnerships across multiple sites, business units, and operational teams. Working closely with Immensa’s commercial, technical, and operational teams, you will ensure Immensa is positioned as a trusted partner supporting critical supply chain and operational challenges. Key Responsibilities Strategic Account Leadership Own and develop a portfolio of enterprise accounts within Energy and asset-intensive industries Build trusted relationships across engineering, operations, supply chain, procurement, and leadership teams Manage complex organizational dynamics across large industrial customers Long-Term Account Growth Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer priorities and Immensa’s growth objectives Identify and prioritize expansion opportunities across additional sites, business units, and use cases Grow Immensa’s share of wallet while protecting long-term customer trust and partnership Customer Value & Adoption Ensure customers fully adopt and ma
