Position We are seeking a STORE MANAGER for the ALCOTT store at EUROMA 2. Requirements We want to connect with candidates who have experience in structured fashion companies, possess good organizational skills, a natural predisposition for assisted sales and interpersonal relationships. A good knowledge of English and familiarity with the Office Suite are also required. The candidate will be an ambassador of ALCOTT values and responsible for the store, setting an example in sales and product knowledge to both customers and staff. Responsibilities Manage the store and ensure its commercial success by achieving budget and KPI targets set by management. Select, train, and evaluate staff. Organize work shifts. Manage store operations systematically and efficiently according to policies and procedures. Monitor KPIs to have an overview of store performance and meet quantitative and qualitative objectives. Work closely with support departments (Retail Management, Visual Merchandising, HR).
