As a Pastry Chef de Partie at Castello di Casole, A Belmond Hotel, you will play a key role in crafting exceptional culinary experiences in the heart of Tuscany. You will join a passionate and skilled kitchen team, bringing technique, creativity, and precision to the hotel’s pastry offering. Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation, baking, and presentation of pastries and desserts, ensuring the highest quality and consistency. Collaborate with the Head Pastry Chef to develop new creations and refine existing recipes. Ensure full compliance with HACCP standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment. Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to their technical development and fostering a culture of learning. Monitor stock levels, submit requisitions when needed, and help optimize production processes. Maintain clear communication with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service coordination. Requirements Strong knowledge of classic and modern pastry techniques, with excellent attention to detail and presentation.
