Experteer Overview
In this role you drive service sales development for Italy within a global leader in reciprocating compressors. You will align sales objectives with the Service Division, collaborate with EPCs, end customers and licensors, and shape the service portfolio to grow the business. You’ll analyze market opportunities, define scope, and prepare technical documentation to support offered services. This position combines technical understanding with commercial execution in a multinational, cross-cultural environment.

- Implement and develop sales objectives and strategies for SERVICE in Italy
- Establish standard sales procedures aligned with BC requirements and customer needs
- Aim to achieve country and regional sales budgets
- Coordinate marketing activities with EPCs, end customers, and licensees
- Identify market drivers, opportunities and competitors
- Assess customer operating conditions and specifications to define required scope
- Prepare technical documentation describing the offered scope
Responsabilità
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role and market (preferably reciprocating compressors)
- Bachelor in Engineering (or Master, not required but acceptable)
- Solid understanding of maintenance/repair jobs
- Knowledge of SAP (R3 or S/4HANA)
- Business-level English (spoken and written)
- Good communication in cross-cultural environments
- Market- and customer-oriented mindset
- Experience in industrial B2B markets (petrochemical, refinery, shipyards)
- Willingness for frequent domestic and international travel
- Trustworthy, proactive, self-disciplined, self-motivated, target-oriented
- Previous experience in a reciprocating compressor company is a plus
