A proven track record of sales success, ideally achieving $1M or more in annual sales in any industryA strong internal drive to succeed and achieve personal and professional goalsIntegrity, strong business ethics, and a customer first mindsetExceptional interpersonal communication skills including verbal, written, and digital communicationStrong presentation skills with examples of past successEfficient and proactive work habits with the ability to manage your own scheduleA willingness to learn and follow a proven sales process earning 3%-5% commission on your sales.Preferred but not required: knowledge of irrigation, landscaping, or drainage systemsThe Ability to work regular physical labor outdoors in a variety of weather conditions including heat.

LEARN ON THE JOB

Remain as a highly compensated Sales Technician or choose to advance to an Operations Manager or General Manager Role where you can lead an entire irrigation team

Requirements

Prior sales or customer service experience preferredProfessional appearance and communication skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to attend customer consultations and occasional networking opportunitiesParticipate in ongoing training related to irrigation systems, drainage solutions, design, and pricingLearn and support the full Conserva customer experience from consultation to project completionQualify leads generated through company marketing effortsMeet with homeowners to assess irrigation needs and project scopePrepare estimates and set budget expectations based on site measurementsCollaborate with operations and production teams to ensure successful project executionDevelop and present proposals and sales agreements to customersMaintain accurate records in the company CRM systemFollow up with leads, referrals, and prospects to move opportunities forwardRepresent the company professionally at community or networking events when applicable
