Job Description
This position offers a permanent contract and requires a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Science, Pharmacy, Clinical Nutrition, or Biology. Candidates should have approximately 2-3 years of experience in Medical Affairs or Scientific Marketing.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive attitude and a cooperative approach, especially with the Medical Delegates network. Good knowledge of product registration and tendering processes is essential. Fluency in Italian and English is required.
Main Responsibilities
* Analyze and report on competitor activity, including comparison of the nutritional value of products such as Protein substitutes for patients with Inborn Metabolic Diseases and ketogenic diets.
* Conduct internal scientific training (with Scientific Informants) and external training for healthcare professionals like Medical Specialists and Dieticians during medical meetings in hospitals.
* Coordinate clinical trial activities and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders.
* Develop and adapt datasheets and materials for medical and scientific information dissemination.
* Manage the launch of new products, including overseeing the Innovation & Renovation process, preparing technical data sheets, launch materials, and training Medical Delegates.
* Collaborate with the Regulatory team to support new product registration.
* Organize and participate in scientific congresses, workshops, and events focused on Inborn Metabolic Diseases for healthcare professionals.
* Manage the Sustain phase of the direct national distribution of products for Congenital Metabolic Diseases.
* Handle management of New Product Codes, PARAF Codes, Globe Codes, Product Briefs, EAN Codes, and Hierarchies.
* Monitor, evaluate, and report on business performance, including volume and value market shares, P&L, and PFME Budget.
* Develop and adapt ATL and BTL communication strategies in cooperation with agencies.
* Maintain relationships with the Medical Affairs team, Clinical Trial team at headquarters, and Patient Associations.

* Proven ability to communicate effectively with doctors and Key Opinion Leaders.
* Technical expertise in Inborn Metabolic Diseases and Clinical Nutrition.
