The main task of the Chemicals division is the import and export of chemicals of all kinds, their derivatives and various chemical end products for customers in Europe and Asia. This role is a new position created to develop sales and business of polyolefins primarily in Italian regions\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nRegular customer visits and sales of our product range as well as the acquisition and performance of sales-oriented tasks through regular telephone customer contacts\nResponsibility for sales, turnover and contribution margin for the assigned area\nActive sales acquisition and identification of sales opportunities\nSubmission of offers and price negotiations with the customer on site\nObtaining market information as well as determining and monitoring the competitive situation\nEnsuring proper and timely order and shipping processing\nCustomer acquisition, visits and support\nComplaint processing and sales correspondence\nOrder and shipping processing of complete order, also for third countries\nCreate calculations, statistics and offers\nProvide a weekly report on business activities (including sales performance versus budget) and the market environment\nProvide visit reports & all relevant feedback in CRM\nAnalysis of customer, competitor and market trends and demand structure in defined area\n\nPerson profile:\n\nA university commercial / technical degree and professional sales experience of more than 10 years\nWorking experience in trading or distribution company as a polymer resin trader, especially PE & PP items in Italy\nFluent in Italian & English languages\nMS Office skills\nWillingness to travel and an independent, goal-oriented and systematic way of working\nOutstanding interpersonal skills across cultures
