We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Revenue Team, forming strong relationships with venues and promoters in Italy. About the role You’ll be joining a team responsible for developing partner relationships and driving growth and revenue for partners. Your expertise in the Italian music industry and knowledge of live entertainment will help you understand what makes promoters, festivals, and venues tick. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a growing market and establish strong relationships with our major partners, focusing on operational excellence, revenue, engagement, and growth. You will be Building and leading relationships with key partners to drive revenue targets, partner satisfaction, and retention Partnering with Marketing, Field Operations, Fan Support, and Client Success teams to ensure operational excellence and manage on-site needs for events Maximising partner success by tracking sales performance, surfacing insights, and deploying strategies to optimise marketing and sales Keeping up with DICE product developments and industry trends to evolve partner event strategies Managing partner expectations and ensuring their needs are documented, acting as the regional connector to central DICE teams Collaborating with the team to overcome challenges and achieve shared success You are Passionate, humble, and resilient Strategic thinker with attention to detail A fan of music and culture Highly collaborative and confident in communication Skilled at building relationships across all levels of seniority An analytical and curious problem solver Extremely organised, resourceful, and efficient in balancing priorities You'll need Fluency in English and Italian Local knowledge of the live industry in Italy Business and commercial acumen Exceptional stakeholder management skills Proven experience in live events in Account Management, Event Operations, or Marketing High attention to detail and resourcefulness Understanding of marketing, social media, and analytics Knowledge of how festivals, venues, and promoters operate Ticketing experience is a plus About DICE DICE operates across Europe, North America, Australia, and India, and is rapidly expanding worldwide.
